Every September, or as soon as your child is admitted, you will be asked to complete the online Permissions and Consent form. You will be sent a link to access this. Please check you have read the Admissions Information Booklet before completing this.
If you change your contact details or address during the school year please let the office know. Also if you change your mind about permissions and consents please contact the office. Please do not do this online except in September!
